General Return Information-No Hassle Our top priority at eDaddyStyle is to provide the best possible service; that is why we want to have the best return policy available. Even though all our products ship brand new, sometimes returns are required. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item for a refund. eDaddyStyle.com accepts returns of unworn, unwashed, and new condition merchandise within 30 days of receiving the items.

VERY IMPORTANT: We will provide you a Return Authorization number, which MUST be obtained before returning merchandise. We will provide you with the proper return mailing address upon contacting us.
Returns must include a receipt with the return authorization number and the items must be in original condition, including tags and labels. Once we receive the returned merchandise, we will credit your account within 10 business days. Shipping charges are not included in the refunded price.
Easy Exchange
Return merchandise using our easy and convenient return process, and order your new merchandise at the same time by contacting our Customer Service center using our Contact Us Form. We will bill your credit card for the new merchandise and refund your credit card for the returned merchandise as soon as we receive it. All exchanges will be processed as standard shipping at the current cost posted on our Web site. To request an alternate shipping method, please email the Customer Service center.

Products damaged in transit-it is eDaddyStyle.com policy to ensure all items shipped from our facility (or our suppliers) are packed according to best business practices and leave our facility (or our suppliers) in good condition, free of any damage other than unknown manufactures defects.Once a package leaves our facility, the shipping carrier assumes responsibility for delivering the package free of damage.If an item is damaged in transit, eDaddyStyle.com will work with you to file a claim with the appropriate carrier.Once the claim has been resolved, eDaddyStyle.com will provide a substitute product of equal value.If the item is urgently needed, the customer also has the choice to purchase an additional time.Once the claim is resolved the customer will be refunded the amount of the purchase.Contact us immediately if your order arrives damaged or defective.
EDaddyStyle.com is not responsible for return items lost in transit by the deliver process.
We are unable to reimburse for postage unless the product is defective or we made an error filling your order.
